Birth Sessions  $1495

Hiring a birth photographer allows your support team to focus on you while ensuring the beautiful details of your story are captured. Birth and labor are unpredictable, from the bright lights of a cesarean birth to the soft glow of a candlelit home birth. My approach is photojournalistic, documenting your labor and birth as they unfold, along with the tender first moments after delivery. As someone who has been on both sides of the birth process, I prioritize your needs as a laboring person, capturing your story quietly and unobtrusively.

What’s Included:

• Full coverage of active labor and birth, plus up to 2 hours after delivery.

• 50 high-resolution digital images delivered via an online gallery.

• Option to upgrade and receive all available digital images (150+ for labors exceeding 2 hours) for an additional $300. This ensures fairness for those with shorter labors.

Fresh48 Sessions  $395

Fresh48 sessions are perfect for families who want the first precious hours of their newborn’s life captured without documenting the entire labor and birth. Held within 48 hours of birth during daylight hours, these sessions take place at the hospital, birth center, or home. Using natural light and minimal posing, I focus on capturing your family soaking in these priceless first moments—meeting siblings, first baths, breastfeeding, and more—when emotions are fresh and everything feels brand new.

What’s Included:

• 2 hours of photography within 48 hours of your baby’s arrival.

• 25 high-resolution digital images delivered via an online gallery.

• Option to upgrade to receive all available images (50+) for an additional $100.

Family Lifestyle Sessions – $395

Family lifestyle photography captures authentic moments and meaningful connections, whether it’s a cozy morning at home, an outdoor adventure, or a cherished family tradition. These sessions are designed to create timeless images that celebrate your unique story. Perfect for all family types, from toddlers to teens or multigenerational gatherings.

What’s Included:

• Up to 2 hours of photography at your chosen location (home, outdoors, or a favorite spot).

• 25 high-resolution digital images delivered via an online gallery.

• Option to upgrade to the full gallery (50+ images) for an additional $100.

Locations further than 30 minutes from the Portland metro area may include a travel fee. Extended family members can be included for an additional fee—please inquire for pricing.

The Milk Stories Sessions  $35

The Milk Stories photoblog, launched in 2016, celebrates the beauty and diversity of feeding our young. Through documentary-style portraits and heartfelt anecdotes, this project connects and uplifts families navigating breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, formula use, milk donation, induced lactation, tandem feeding, and more. Our mission is to highlight the challenges and triumphs of feeding babies across all experiences.

What’s Included:

• 15-minute session at locations in Portland, OR (traveling sessions coming soon!).

• Digital images featured on The Milk Stories photoblog, delivered within 10 days.

• Scholarships available for those in need.

Upgrade your session to 30 minutes ($115) for 10+ high-resolution images delivered within 7 days. Additional images can be purchased for up to 30 days after your session.
